I bought tickets via your website on Friday afternoon and was amazed when they were delivered to my door at 7.00pm Friday evening.
The tickets were for Take That in Newcastle and the show was fantastic!!!!!!!!
Well worth the £60.00, which by the way was the cheapest I could find on the internet!

“We had a great night at Robbie Williams last night – and all thanks to your team. Ordering tickets the day before wasn’t the smartest thing I’ve ever done but having enjoyed the Saturday show so much we just had to go back.
Having been let down in the past I am still a little bit wary of what we buy over the web and therefore was a bit fearful that our tickets wouldn’t arrive until the day after the show. However, apart from haggling with the touts we didn’t really have another option so decided to ‘take the risk’ and purchase from yourselves.
However, what a pleasant surprise it was doing business with your staff. Firstly we had a phone call acknowledging our order and due to the closeness of the event to check delivery of the tickets.
If this wasn’t enough, we then had a second call from your customer services team to confirm that someone would be available to sign for the tickets on a ‘pre midday delivery’.
As far as I’m concerned, a model of customer care excellence. Many thanks.”
