"Moloko was formed by Murphy and multi-instrumentalist Mark Brydon. Moloko's 1995 debut album was released after they had already recorded two singles, ""Where Is The What If The What Is The Why"" and ""Fe Fi Fo Fun For Me"", which both impressed with their cultured electro-pop textures and weird lyrical narratives. They wrote, produced and recorded everything on their debut album, including ""Killer Bunnies"". Their album, Do You Like My Tight Sweater? had some unique works of art, especially ""Cheeky Monkey"". Moloko followed with a big second album, before the duo enjoyed a surprise UK Top 5 hit single in August 1999 with the highly catchy club favourite, ""Sing It Back"". ""The Time Is Now"" was even more successful, reaching number 2 in March 2000."
